February 14, 2007: The race is on for the snow date of February 17th and 18th.. The snow is measuring in feet. We hope to see you on the weekend of February 17th and 18th!.

Mushers are STRONGLY encouraged to pre-register by February 13th. There will be a $10 late fee for entries the morning of the race.

Entry Eligibility Restrictions:

Purebred teams will need to provide purebred documentation if a dog is in question. American Kennel Club and Canadian Kennel Club documents will be accepted.

As per the Summer 2006 Board meeting it is a new PSDC policy that all participants of PSDC events are required to be current PSDC members. Participants who are not current PSDC member may join during the registration process.

Trail Description:

Park roads, wooded trails, and rolling hills in the beautiful, snowy Winona State Forest. There are mostly looped trails without head on passing.

We are running on some of the best trails in the world so check out becoming a member of the Winona Forest Recreation Association (WFRA) and help support the trail system!

Purse Payouts and Awards:

There will be a $1800 guaranteed purse for this event!

Awards will be presented to the top 3 competitors in each class.

Entry Fees:

Sorry, but we cannot accept foreign currency. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars.

All entry fees include a $10.00 grooming fee for each class entered. All entry fees include a $5.00 bib deposit, which will be refunded upon request at the time the bib is returned & completed ISDRA forms are in.

There will be on site food this year. The person doing the food is a cancer survivor, there have been fund raising events in the area to assist her with medical bill. She has agreed to donate all coffee sales to the Susan Butcher Cancer fund. Please support the cause.
