Deadline for mail in registration is Wednesday, March 3rd. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for any entries received after that date. On site registration will be accepted on Saturday, March 6th until 8:00 AM. Closure of registration at this time will be strictly adhered to, no entries or class changes will be accepted after this time.

Event Description:
This is a two day non-ISDRA sanctioned sprint race.
Entry Eligibility Restrictions, Limitations and Requirements:
Purebred teams will need to provide purebred documentation if a dog is in question. American Kennel Club and Canadian Kennel Club documents will be accepted.
Important Venue Restrictions:
As a courtesy to the host, please refrain from the use of alcohol on the property. No open containers will be allowed on the site.
No dumping or damage to property.
All dogs must be under control at all times.
All dog owners should have appropriate vaccination and licensing information available on site for all dogs on the premises in case a spot check is conducted by either dog control or the county health department.
Dog owners must clean up after their dogs in all areas and remove all animal waste with them when leaving the property.

A five minute break will occur between groups in grouped classes. There will be one minute intervals between teams in the same group unless trail / weather conditions warrant otherwise for dog and musher safety.
Sanctioning:
This event will not be sanctioned by any organization.

Trail Description:
The trail covers fields with rolling hills. There are no sharp turns or steep hills. There will be one manned road crossing.
Purse Payouts and Awards:
There will be a $3000 guaranteed purse for this event. 70% of the purse will be allocated to pro classes and 30% to pure bred classes. Please check back for the purse breakdown.
Purse payout and will be presented to the top 4 competitors in pro and pure bred classes. In addition trophies for the top 3 pro competitors and ribbons for the top 3 pure bred competitors will also be presented. The top 3 sports man competitors will receive ribbons.

Sorry, but we cannot accept foreign currency. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars.

Event Information:
Spectators are welcomed. Free admission. We hope you'll support this event.
Venue Policy:
Musher parking will be across the street from the West Camden Country Store (the same side of the street as the start and finish lines). This will reduce the number of road crossings and give us a larger musher parking lot. Musher parking will be clearly labeled at the event.

There will be professional photographer on site.
Event Rules:
There will be no sanctioned classes at this event, but we will adhere to ISDRA and PSDC speed racing rules for all classes. Extra copies of ISDRA sprint racing rules will be available to those wanting them for reference. Although passing rules will be reviewed at the Saturday drivers meeting, drivers are individually responsible for knowledge of these rules.
Food:
Both breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase on site both on Saturday and Sunday.
Dinner:
Currently a "Meet the Mushers" dinner is planned at the Hayloft Pub. This event will be open to mushers and the public as well.

Follow I-81 south to exit 38 (US-11, Sandy Creek). Turn left at US-11 and follow for 8.1 miles. Turn left at Salina St/US-11 to stay on US-11 and follow for 0.3 miles. Turn left at NY State Route 13 and follow for 20.5 miles. Event and start/finish line will be on the left, in the village of Westdale, NY behind the West Camden Country Store.
From the South:
Follow I-81 north to exit 34 (Mexico). Turn right on NY State Route 104, follow for 9.5 miles. Turn right at NY State Route 13, follow for 7.7 miles. Event and start/finish line will be on the left, in the village of Westdale, NY behind the West Camden Country Store.
From the West:
Follow I-90 east to exit 36 (I-81). Follow I-81 north to exit 34 (Mexico), for 26.4 miles. Turn right on NY State Route 104, follow for 9.5 miles. Turn right at NY State Route 13, follow for 7.7 miles. Event and start/finish line will be on the left, in the village of Westdale, NY behind the West Camden Country Store.
From the East:
Follow I-90 west to exit 31 (Utica). Merge very briefly onto North Genessee St. Turn immediately right onto Auert Ave. Follow very briefly to I-790W ramp on right. Merge onto I-790 and then keep left. I-790 continues into NY State Route 49W, follow for 13.7 miles. Take the NY State Route 49W/NY State Route 69W exit into downtown Rome, NY. Merge onto Erie Blvd/NY State Route 26/NY State Route 49/NY State Route 69, and follow for 19 miles. Turn right onto NY State Route 13 in Camden, NY. Follow for 5.1 miles. Event and start/finish line will be on the right, in the village of Westdale, NY behind the West Camden Country Store.
